Can I get my ring engraved?

Yes - complimentary hand engraving is available on all ring styles. You can add your message at checkout. Please allow an additional 2 business days for engraving. Up to 20 characters recommended for the best result.

What is your returns policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items in original packaging. Engraved or custom pieces are final sale. To begin a return, visit our Returns Portal or contact our team directly.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

Absolutely. All diamonds used in Pavillon pieces are certified conflict-free under the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. We also work with recycled 18k gold from verified, responsible suppliers. Full certification is available on request.

Do you offer financing or pay later options?
